Heddy's mezzeh available at the Yang Sing Oriental Hotel.
Brothers Gerry and Harry Yeung, owners of the Manchester’s famous Yang Sing restaurant, have just opened Manchester's newest boutique hotel. Set within a Grade II listed Victorian cotton warehouse next to the restaurant, the 7-floor hotel will offer 48 individually styled rooms, a champagne bar, and spa.
I am proud to say that Heddy's has been asked to provide the mezzeh platters for room service and the champagne bar. This is a great endorsement of our excellent food and quality of service and we are delighted to be working with the Yang Sing.
So next time you are in Manchester pop into the Yang Sing Oriental Hotel on the corner of Princess Street and Portland Street and next time you are in Wilmslow come and try the mezzeh for yourself.
